The Mahle House

A gourmet dish on a dark slate plate, featuring well-seared steaks garnished with crispy fried onions on top. Accompanying the steaks are grilled vegetables and fresh herbs and a puree.

The Mahle House is situated in a restored Heritage House on a one-acre property featuring an English style garden.

Our philosophy is simple: serve flavourful, unique food in a welcoming environment with relaxed, professional service.

From January 23 to February 9 we’ll have our three course Dine About menu on offer from Thursday-Sunday each week. This delicious menu will be offered in addition to our regular house menu.

    The Mahle House is located at 2104 Hemer Road. The “orange house” is just past Cedar Village Square.

    Our dining room is not suitable for children under five years old. Ages 5+ are welcome.

Adventurous Wednesdays

Wednesday evenings are devoted exclusively to our five course chef's adventure - $75 per person.

The adventure consists of five courses – Chef's choice – a variety of dishes provided for each course. Sharing or trading plates with your group is part of the experience.

Will every dish be unique?
For groups larger than four persons, repetition of dishes will occur. We can accommodate groups up to ten.

What if I have allergies?
We can accommodate some allergies and diets with advance notice. Pescatarian, Gluten Free/Celiac, and Vegetarian options available upon request. A vegan option is not currently offered on Adventure night. Wednesday evening is not suitable for those with serious allergies or food preferences. If you have multiple dietary concerns please contact us directly to inquire. Advance notice is required for any special dietary needs.

Take out is available Thursday to Sunday only. We offer a 10% discount on take out orders. We recommend ordering in advance as same day orders are not always possible.

Pre-payment by credit card is required for all take out orders. Gift cards accepted. We include a 15% gratuity on all take out orders for our hard working kitchen team!

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift cards can be purchased online, or picked up at the restaurant during service hours (Wednesday to Sunday after 4pm, excluding holiday closure dates).

Do you accept walk-in diners?

Yes, we also accept walk-ins when available. However, due to the popularity of the Mahle House, we strongly encourage guests to reserve a table in advance so as not to be disappointed.
